Emotional

Emotions are energy in motion and create electrical impulses within our physical body.

Over the years I’ve read it within written materials from quite a few different authors how our bodies respond to stimulus when it comes to both the emotional body and the electrical system.  It’s truly a brilliant design that works with such synergy so that we can become motivated to take action.

Emotions can help the physical body releases tension, hormones & chemicals to expel stress.

Our tears are emotionally dependent and will have a varied chemical structure depending on what emotional energy is being exuded.

Here check out these photos I found, amazing supportive learning resources.

This is why ESP Parent believes in offering natural ways to assist the development of our emotional intelligence with personalized balancing and educational sessions in private and group settings for all ages.

Emotions are apart of our natural ability and essence that’s wired into our beings as indicators of stress in the body, emotions are beautiful when balanced.  Observe the photos and the different patterns of dried tears when emotion and stimulus was experienced or applied, look at how the expression and chemical make  up of the tears change.

Powerful to see how our bodies show evidence of how our emotional energy creates such an impact depending on which emotion the physical body is experiencing.

I used to think that some of the emotions, like anger and sadness, the more negative ones weren’t supposed to be engaged and it was almost wrong to have them.

Now after great reflective studied I see how as a social
society we really just require support on how to deal with them, especially when we are parents so that we can best support the growing future.

Appreciate that you are here reading this post, I curious about what thoughts come to mind after reading this and observing the different tear structures, even how you view the idea of emotional electrical support.

Leaving off with my favorite picture with the onion formation tear pattern, reminds me of snow flakes, another mystery of nature!

Until next time live with grace and teach the future to humble, real and authentic…much love & light

I was just asked this the other day…

“Why were these classes created?”

Over the years I’ve been observing a missing link that was common both in my life and the lives of other parents.

How do I work out and fit self care into my already full day?

I started to see how I could offer a solution to multiple challenges that many parents face, including myself, when it comes to self care while doing the balancing act called parenting.

During my training I was formulating and creating ways for me to remember all that I was learning and taking in from the course loads by playing with my children, creating games, dances and movement flows.  This was helping support their learning plans and meeting educational scopes of their individual grade level, while making a deposit into my memory bank.  This gave us a win-win-win and leveled us all up in the area of self responsibility, not mention creating memory moments where we were deeply connecting & bonding.

Now I am excited and passionate about sharing with others and to help other families grow forward by becoming more aware about how our bodies are constantly taking “orders” via our thoughts.

Wiggle Wednesday’s is a brain child solution my creativity faculty called my imagination came up with.  With many months of fine tuning, blood sweat, tears and an emotional roller coaster of events… it’s ready to share with others that are ready and even searching for a unique soul to soul connecting class with their children.

Looking forward to sharing more, stay tuned!

Make it a great day & be healthy

Rochelle :)
