This is a life changing course where students receive the tools listed above and after completing the course can use it for personal or professional applications.
When I first signed up for level one of Touch for Health it was just for myself and for my family, but after completing it and working with fellow students during the class, I could see the benefits of using it outside of my family and decided to start creating a clientele.
Now I love seeing how many lives are transforming weekly through being exposed to this acquired skill set.
Touch for Health level one is very effective for increasing wellness, improving the posture and food needs for an individual.
Touch for Health Synthesis is all about empowering people to have more control and understanding about how body’s systems work, how to encourage the innate healing powers that we are all born with and most importantly the signs of imbalances by bio feed back <muscle testing> using a 14 muscle balancing protocol.
It’s amazing what can happen when we are able to learn how to set a specific goal and then test these specific muscles to locate the imbalance in the body, correct it and let the body grow forward with a new level of normal surrounding the specific goal.

” Touch for Health™
Touch for Health™ is a system of balancing posture, attitude, and life energy to relieve stress, aches and pains, feel and function better, be more effective, clarify and achieve your goals and enjoy your life!
In a Touch for Health™ session, muscles become monitors of stress and imbalance within the body. The concept of “muscle testing” becomes a very effective and versatile tool for detecting and correcting various imbalances in the body which may relate to stress, nutrition, learning problems, and injuries.
Touch for Health™ (TFH) was originated by Dr. John Thie, DC, a chiropractor in Pasadena, California. Dr. Thie had studied with Dr. George Goodheart, DC, the developer of Applied Kinesiology.
Dr. Goodheart had taken the study of movement (kinesiology) and added to it corrections to strengthen muscles and improve function (practical application). His system was taught to chiropractors and other professionals.
Dr. John Thie realized that these methods were extremely useful, and also simple enough for anyone to learn. He developed TFH as a program for the lay person. He wrote the book: ‘Touch for Health™’, and began teaching courses.
In the past thirty five years Touch for Health™ has experienced phenomenal growth. The book has been translated into 15 languages, and courses have been taught in 50 countries. Local groups and associations exist in many parts of the globe.
Many people have joined in developing the Touch for Health™ synthesis. New programs and systems are continually evolving. Work on nutrition, emotions, education and muscle re-education have lead to the development of many related disciplines. ”
Touch for Health came into my life over 5 years ago, I started off seeing a practitioner and love it from the start! Not only, did I feel better but I felt that someone could really help me with my inner feelings and how they were showing up in my body.
Once I figured out how I could attend weekend workshops to learn how to do it too…. I was hooked even more! I have watched my children benefit greatly from me having the skill set and always keeping my book handy for referencing as I worked with them….. some of things that stand out most as benefits for having these tools is the prevention, having little spots on the body to hold for seconds to minutes to relieve temper tantrums with my toddlers to helping my older sons to read better and see the letters in the right order. I could spend the whole day here sharing more as the list grows. I can honestly say that since I have gained Touch for Health tools over 4 years ago, there hasn’t been a day that I haven’t used them for myself or for others.

Over the past few years my ideas & beliefs about energy have been further supported and confirmed due to science proving how amazing our bodies really are. My thinking and understanding have deepen and raised into higher realms of consciousness. This has granted me the learning space for me to become more reflective, self observational which has resulted me being a better parent and human being.
I am excited to be sharing some insights from a practitioner parent’s view of how the 5 elements have transformed my whole life, it’s deep there lots too it and too far out for some with my gathered during educational travels.
I have always accepted that we were amazing and now with more learning, investing in myself I have witnessed miracles happen before my eyes! One off the topic of head to share right away besides pain in the body disappearing, is expanding my personal development and seeing how I can increase the electrical flow with my body, allowing me to become a better communicator in general and far more patient with myself and others especially with my children.
First off there’s a unspoken “normal” understanding in our industry of specialized kinesiology on how our electrical energy works for us. When it comes to our work, a nourishing conceptual view with how the electrical flow happens in the body on a daily basis transforming through the time and seasons. This inspires me greatly when thinking of how healing, connecting with others and this planet happen regardless of paying attention to it or not. Even for those that are unaware of these concepts, pretty powerful and mind blowing.
Now seeing how playing with the frequencies of electricity within the body by using selective movements from Touch for Health protocols at specific times of day could impact my well being and support my mental growth capacity, I have witnessed much influential shifts occurring with myself, my children and clients.
Time in general has such huge impacts on our bodies, yet I will confess that often I live outside of the parameters of time to lower my stress levels. When I deliberately choose to execute this technique I feel grounded within myself and notice that my stress levels have decreased more than half, sometimes I find my state of being calmer than expected.
It’s like real life magic!
Both my children and clients are amazed with how something so simple like body movement can create such huge impacts on the body and mind. In our field of work, it makes sense to us with our collected knowledge and insights of movement allows the electrical flow to increase naturally inside of us.
This brings my attention and focus to the area of time and how do we honor it on a deeper level so we can celebrate our greatness ?
The idea of time has really created a step stone and held space for me to explore more about how these electrical beings of ours are impacted by time. How time contributes to the recipe of our beings we call “us”. If choreographed movements create an increase of electrical flow in our bodies as such, than what happens when we take a closer look at the time, day, and elemental influence of when we come to be?
Over the years I have always been drawn to seeing the links, patterns and relationships between people. How our personalities are formed and how do we become to like what we like, act how we act and connect the way we do. Studying more about what makes us unique and the same have assisted me in understanding the principle of me being both my problem and my solution in any given moment.
Seeing how “playing attention” to my thoughts first allows me to have control over my emotional electrical flow within myself. Gathering more concepts of what makes me, me has given me a deeper energetic pull down a path to observing more about how the 5 Elements factor in when in comes to my persona constitution. When we look at the traits of each element and how we all carry them within ourselves, how can we determine our primary element ? Well Touch for Health has offered me help as well as looking further into the TCM explanations too.
How I confirmed for myself was honoring the time, the day and elemental energy of when I entered this world. Also looking at that information of others too, this has impacted my ability to connect with others, especially my children. I used to feel so frustrated that out of my children, only one was really challenging my skill set. I was always frustrated with this. At first I just thought it was because we were so alike in personality types and that he was most like me.
On a side note, while pregnant with him I would meditate and visualize features of my unborn baby. I did intend that this second baby of mine would be more like me as my first was always complimented for being a mini version of his father. This would leave me feeling a little sad for not having my features showing up within him, though that was apart of my “ordering” during the first pregnancy.
Back to the honoring of time, day and elemental year of a persons entry to this world. I have gathered much facts from the TCM side of wholistic wellness medicine where they use the pieces of information and create a broad insight of the person. When I did mine, I found out that I was an Earth primary element and reading into the description of what makes an Earth, an Earth my mind was blown and it resonated with me greatly. I continued to see what the rest of my family members were and patterns were adding up so correctly for my experiences.
Now it all made sense why this second son of mine was more of a challenge! Guess why?
His primary element’s mission is to control my element, his little wood roots are supposed to retain my earth energy. Now it made sense why I could at times really feel his “roots” under my skin!
Now I choose to empower myself with this knowledge by applying it to my relationships, using the movements to create the me I want to be, that I am! I now observe these moments of his “root” digging and allow them to flow, taking in what I can learn about me rather than feeling like it’s a negative occurrence like I used to. My other children are either in a feeding cycle with me, where I am nourishing them or vice versa. Since gaining this knowledge about the 5 elements my parenting has transformed into a learning experience where my mind is open and ready to explore, empower and let the electrical flow be supported with movement, love and joy!
I really appreciate this old knowledge from the 5 elements, it’s over 3000 years old and it’s time that it’s shared with more parents, practitioners and human beings. I believe it holds the keys to many locked doors. Too often I hear things I wish I hadn’t especially when it comes to raising the future generation, particularly when in public, the interactions between parents and children. I coax and remind myself that learning isn’t on everyone’s agenda. I’m using moments like this to reflect upon myself and seeing where I can grow further to be better in my own life, knowing that we all serve a unique purpose.
I believe that our Children are life assets and I am very passionate about increasing this awareness. For we as parents get one shot with our wee ones and the future depends on our effectiveness.
I take moments through out each week to make a point of seeing how I can get better for several reasons, first off I’m perfect just not yet complete. What was perfect today will be obsolete tomorrow for today I learned more than what I thought I knew yesterday. Everyday my better is increased from the previous day, just the way it works. Keeping this mindset gifts me greatly and helps keep me motivated through the rough moments.
Until you don’t know what you don’t know, life ceases to be boring and mundanely redundant where one can experience insanity.
Experiencing life through the eyes of my children keeps life fresh and the learning moments frequent, the imagination alive and me feeling younger each day.
How does this relate to energy and how it works in the body?
Well let’s take a look at the laws of attraction first. Research has shown that where we place our attention is where our energy flows, it’s the law of attraction.
Maybe it could also be called the law of attention since energy flows to the focal point. This can be applied to parenting in so many ways.
Like for example, this is something I hear a lot from other parents.
“I don’t have time to workout, make food from scratch, play with my children, time for a hobby etc. My children don’t listen to me, they are out of control, I don’t know what to do etc “
Complaining about not having enough time wires the brain to see only the lack of time instead of creative ways of using time, allowing and giving permission to observe from a narrow focal point of “not enough” creating a scarcity mind set. The mutual effect with any of the other ideas as listed above too, the brain creates the energy wave lengths to suit the thoughts and justification of complaint.
Start seeing where you are spending your time, is it on things that bring you joy or is it on things that bring you down ? Are your thoughts bringing you closer to your desired results ?
During my parenting journey I have been learning so much about how the energy works within the body so I can keep up with the demands of the job at hand, raising the future generation to the best of my abilities.
Learning about energy in the body on a more in depth level has been one of the greatest gifts to myself and to my family. It’s helped me see how it all makes sense now, creating that wholistic alignment of energy within the whole being. It’s about bringing together the thoughts, emotions, actions, all the while the body’s electrical field being apart of this formulation to create all the good in life and this experience. Too often I have witnessed a separation in these facets and results can still be obtained but not as efficiently when all systems are on the same page.
In parenting children can sense when we are off and they soak that up, reacting to it. Also when we are low in energy we tend to live in the world of reaction instead of pro actions.
So how do I apply this to life without getting overwhelmed and short circuiting my “breaker box”
Just like eating a huge meal, one bite at time and making sure I soak up all the nutrients in manageable pieces by chewing slowly with purpose.
For starters I make time for the things that bring me joy, keeping myself active, enjoying deeply nourishing foods, and staying hydrated ! Drinking at the very minimum of 1 fluid ounce of pure water for every 3 pounds of my body’s mass. When stress is added into our lives, our experience we require more water. Hydration alone seems like such a no brainer and yet many people this is the first step that can be a simple solution in generating increased health experience. I believe because it’s so simple many of us discount it as a valid action and not bother following through with it.
Since paying attention to our hydration levels in our family and increasing pure water, the energy has changed and has increased with ease ! Now making the connection of how water assists the body with so many functions, drinking water is now thought of as consuming more life energy in our household. With water being a conductor, it’s pure form allows for the electrical flow in the body with ease and least amount resistance.
Living with the seasons, seeing how they affect our daily living and respecting the cycles of the elements has been a huge eye opener as well!
I used to think that one of my children was harder to parent because he was most like me, true still yet when discovering the element flows and cycles my world changed, my understanding deepened. Here it goes in a nutshell… Fire feeds Earth, Earth creates Metal, Metal releases Water, Water hydrates Wood, Wood fuels Fire in one cycle. Now the opposing cycle Water doses Fire, Fire melts Metal, Metal chops Wood, Wood roots Earth and Earth drinks Water.
One of my sons and I are in a reversed flow cycle, meaning his primary element energy controls mine ! This has been such a game
changer discovering this. Now instead of the struggle, I accept that it’s a natural flow of energy and consciously choose to step back and observe instead of fueling the blaze. What do I do instead? Glad you asked…well I get creative, calm and centered which allows the space to exist where I am only in control of myself and my energy within me. I listen to my self talk, like what my thoughts and take back control there by choosing thoughts that will drain the fuel and increase the calm from within me first. This step helps to create a calmer and more collected me, then I am capable of empowering
myself to deal with the situation with my son. Where as in the past I would allow this reversed flow of energy to instigate further chaos between us where I would justify my negative reactions to his
outbursts and be a dictator like mother. This would then drive me into a state of angry, guilt and sadness filled cycle of rage…truly not bringing out my best nor his. I am ever so grateful for having increased my self awareness and educating myself on the five elements to create a more effective style of parenting, he is too and he’s now more aware of how we can work together in harmony as a whole family.
Life is meant to be fun and enjoyable especially when you’re a parent cause these little life assets look up to you for answers and guidance, it’s an opportunity to self educate in the fast track of vitality. Choosing to grasp onto concepts that nourish the spirit, that suit your soul, encourage discovery what works for you and your flow is vitally important. It’s like an investment for your personal energy system and will pay dividends for generations to come.
Our children will mirror examples they have acquired over time from the source.

There is so many things as a parent that we face daily when it comes to fear.
These are some of the questions and thoughts that come to my mind immediately, I am sure that I am not alone it in.
Am I doing this right?
Will they turn out to be stable adults?
Can I provide for all their needs? This is more than the financial, it’s like mental support and emotional support & beyond
I am fit to be a parent, do I have what it takes to be responsible for another life?
Can handle myself in all the situations that will arise as their life unfolds?
Where’s the instruction manual for this job of being a parent?
Will it hurt to nurse my baby?
What if they get sick?
Will my baby like me and love me?
Can I really trust another person to love my child the way I do?
What will the world be like for them later in life?
As I am learning along my way I am seeing my way through these thoughts and questions, facing them with confidence and understanding that children choose their parents to help them with their path of learning in this life time they are in. My children chose me cause I can figure this out and be what they need in life to grow into their full potential.
I don’t know about you, I can say for me fear is something that can stop me in my tracks causing me to freeze into place and become stationary even stagnant. This can happen when a trigger is activated and can be a sign of an imbalance from within the spirit, body or mind. Figuring out which one is a mystery within itself yet completely accessible! I have found that muscle testing has created a solution depending on the circumstances and given me great insights to what’s happening with me especially when using the information acquired on a five element chart.
Using this technique can be very useful when letting go of triggers and being able to move forward with new associations, even to the point of creating new ones and gaining closure of past experiences.
Fear can be used a motivator and catalyst to one’s personal growth, even a guide line and way to measure growth.
I once hear that FEAR is an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real which gives validation to fear just being something that our subconscious creates for us and does an auto-fill in the blanks of the unknowns especially when doing something new, like parenting. There are so many variables that we don’t have previous answers to reference in this new realm of life.
I have found in my experience that when fear does arise it can be a good thing and a way to guide me to best case scenarios as long as my subconscious doesn’t ask for assistance from my imagination faculty ~ there’s a time and a place when this is very serving. That can be entertaining to a degree but that give my adrenals false alarms, creating that freezing response I mentioned earlier.
With using fear as a guideline and not an inhibitor to taking action in life, it can now be something useful for personal growth and very helpful.
Something that I have learned to do over the years now by facing my fears head on when they arise is to stop and breathe, create a wave of relaxation and identify with what’s going on with myself so I can move forward with positive results.
Here’s a recent situation that I “grew” through… see if this is something you can relate to and may you find it useful in your personal experience.
This is relates greatly to my parenting experience just as much to my work facet of my life…. I love to share what works for me and also learn from others, with what works for them. The one thing about this, use what works for you and forget about what doesn’t work for you! Just really that simple when it comes to living with fears and facing them so they dissolve like sand castles in the ocean waves.
Sharing my breakthrough as it happened, as I talked myself through it, thought by thought, question and answers…
I hear a voice in my head say what’s the point ?
Who are you to give advice ?
Who would listen to you ?
And yet I study and read about this mind chatter and how it’s important to get a hold, a solid grip of what streams through your mind and the words one chooses to speak…..
Here I am acting like a victim of my own success !
The time hasn’t halted for no one to my knowledge ….
The time has come to claim your power and gifts to use them for the goodness of others. I can read and listen to what I’ve created, and man oh man it’s inspiring and motivating !
I can see Why my husband told me I good at talking & that I should go get paid for it !
My voice carries a soothing tone and calmness to it, something I’ve never picked up on till recently.
Comes back the question of what am I afraid of ?
Surpassing and growing out of my comfort zones, being teased or torn apart …. Not making a difference in the lives of others, having no impact for the change, staying in a state of fear
Gosh, now I see that no one matters until you give them permission and now have taken time to reflect on all the lives that I have impacted already! With these moments I can see where my fears have served me and held me back… now I tell myself that my time has come, now just I am here to write freely and let my gift do the heavy lifting!

Procrastination is a death sentence for all your dreams. You have the power within to take action and make them come true. Shut off the negative self talk and move into the life of your desires, be the parent that you know you can be ! It’s possible to live with amazing results by taking little steps of daily action for the results accumulate and create compound efforts daily.
I take advantage of every moment of every day, making each moment count.
I just stay in task and live with joy.
I see my accomplishments and celebrate my efforts, no matter how big or small they are!
In conclusion facing fear in my parenting experience has grown me greatly and much learning has happened, still more to take place. I feel and see the love that my children have for me, for themselves and each other. For now that what’s most important to me and that’s all that matters. It’s something that has been put off for way too long, probably something to do with LIFE!
Yet, that could be just an excuse because I have really been hiding behind my fears of success and criticism
Today I invested in myself and figured out that this was my next step, the right step for me to take.
Drum Roll…here it goes.
First I want to get this off my chest
Let’s just be real, no matter where you go for support in your parenting experience, you have to find what works for you and your children, learn the techniques and apply them into your life to live the best results. Doing this all while cooking, cleaning, transporting to appointments, school, work, sports, domesticated diva duties, activities and the list goes on as per your individual life style.
Who has time for all of this and still feel relaxed about it all, I mean we have one chance to get this “right” raising the future!
Well relax, this is what we are all about, offering solutions in the different facets of life and supporting the transformations of the plenty.
By connecting here with resources, videos, articles and online courses where you can work at your own pace. As they say Rome wasn’t built in a day. Together we can make small attainable reachable goals where we grow at a pace that you can handle creating the best healthy version of you and each member of your family.
Now more than ever we are seeing how we can be of service in emotional/electrical, social/spiritual and physical/play.

If your spidey senses were tingling, it’s just the beginning
For starters we as these human beings are amazing creatures, ESP Parent is here to share great insights when it comes to beliefs and seeing how our experiences can have more joy, love, health and happiness starting off with our thoughts.
When we can control our thoughts, we can control our emotions which drive our actions…Our actions create our habits, our habits building the fiber of our character and our character is who we become.
Forget trying to control children and why even try to control something that doesn’t come with a remote…Beside if children were meant to be controlled they’d come with a remote, wouldn’t they? This is something that I have struggled with my whole parenting experience and even in childhood… really who wants to be controlled anyways?
So, now that I have applied self control my parenting role in life has become more enjoyable and less stressful. Keeping myself in check has created the example for my children and given them tools to utilize in their life. This is a huge mindset shift and maybe even a little bit crazy for some that read this…but I am telling you my level of health has improved and self awareness has increased. For me that’s important cause we can only change what we are aware of.
As more posts are published more of this will be explained in greater detail for now, let’s agree that families are needing to fulfill needs to build a stronger future.
It’s just a great relief to have taken the steps and walking through my fear to complete this first post!

When are you really ever ready to have a child and become a parent?
I’d say never, speaking entirely from my own experience after 13 years!
That’s apart of the amazing journey about being a parent you get to learn and grow with your child.
I feel incredibly blessed to have been with my children over the years, seeing and experiencing their learning opportunities on a daily basis.
I believe that reading the book by Maggie Reigh really highlighted areas in my life where I could deeply learn about me and use that to be the best parent I could, at the time for Zane 4 & Zander almost 2.
Now fast forward till the present moment helping to organize leadership facilitation workshops with Maggie Reigh. Encouraging the willing that are wanting to further their chosen career path in speaking to groups and deeply connecting with their audience. It’s exciting to see how deeply seeded desire to make things happen unfolds with ease and understanding.
Parenting isn’t supposed to be easy, growing pains happen and together we are here for you offering support in bringing out the best in you and your child!
